Find a kiosk and scan
Every Printex kiosk displays a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera, no app download needed. It opens a page built just for that kiosk. Sign in with your email using a one-time code.
Upload your files
Upload PDFs, Word or PowerPoint files, or images from your phone or laptop. Word, PowerPoint and images are converted to PDF automatically.
Choose your print settings
Pick what you need for the job:
- Single-sided or double-sided (on kiosks that support it)
- Black & white or colour
- Portrait or landscape
- Number of copies
- A specific page range, if you only need part of a document
Your price updates live as you choose, and the final amount is confirmed before you pay. All prints are on A4 paper.
Pay
Pay securely online. The kiosk checks it's online and has enough paper and ink before accepting payment, so your job won't fail halfway through.
Press Print Now at the kiosk
Nothing prints until you're there. Once paid, you have 20 minutes to stand at the kiosk and press Print Now, on the print page or later from My orders. Your pages come out right away, so nobody else can pick them up.

What happens to my files?
Your files are used only to print your job. They're deleted automatically once the job completes, is cancelled or expires, or if payment isn't finished.
