No. Everything runs in your phone's browser after you scan the kiosk's QR code. You just sign in with your email using a one-time code.

PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) and common images (JPG, PNG, HEIC and more). Non-PDF files are converted to PDF automatically. For the best result, upload a PDF, since fonts or layout can shift slightly during conversion, and differences caused by conversion aren't refundable.

After you pay, nothing prints until you're standing at the kiosk and press Print Now, so your pages are never left in the tray for someone else. You have 20 minutes after paying. If you leave the page, you'll find the button under My orders.

Yes. You can select a specific page range instead of printing the whole file.

Price depends on page count, colour vs. black & white, double-sided, and number of copies. You'll see the total before you pay, and it's confirmed against the actual file server-side.

The order expires and you're refunded automatically, minus 5% of the order plus the payment gateway fee (rounded up, minimum ₹1). For example, ₹37 back on a ₹40 order. If the kiosk was offline or couldn't print when you tried, you get the full amount back.

The kiosk checks paper and ink before accepting your payment. If it still can't finish your job (a jam, going offline), the job is cancelled and you're refunded in full automatically. Refunds usually reach you within 5–7 working days.

Yes, before you press Print Now, from the print page or My orders. The same small retention applies as for an expired order. Once printing has started, it can't be cancelled.

No. Files are automatically deleted once your job completes, is cancelled or expires, or if it's rejected before payment.
